Very nasty attitude. I call up to order soup and I can barely understand a word the person is saying. I go in and get a quart of chicken soup, which came out to $7.60. That is beyond outrageous and greedy. The restaurant was filthy and just so anyone is aware, they have a delivery fee and credit card fee, which they wrre doing before this whole credit card extra charging business started. I will never go here again.
didn’t give me part of my order went back with 15 minutes till closing doors were already locked they were looking at me from the counter not opening the door ignoring the phone never have i seen staff close 15 minutes early and ignore the customer that comes not even to place a new order but to get what they were charged for and never received

Absolutely deliciousMy husband and I have been looking for a local Chinese restaurant for like 6 years after moving from queens NY and when I tell you this place is fantastic.. trust me.. it’s fantastic! Best Chinese food I have had out here in Melville Long Island and I’ve tried every place… must try!!!
The food is ABSOLUTELY delicious and their customer service is incredible. I have been going here since I was a child. Now that Im older and have a family of my own I now take my kids here (full circle : . Love Ray and his whole family. Thanks for being our go to Chinese spot for so many years!!! The lo mein was excessively burnt—I didn't think it was possible to overcook noodles to that extent. The sweet and sour chicken was mostly batter, with little actual chicken. The chicken and string beans were somewhat acceptable, but unfortunately, the rest of the meal was disappointing.
The Chinese-American food here is quite good overall. During my last visit, we shared a few dishes, and both the beef and chicken were of decent quality. The vegetables were particularly fresh. I also appreciate the convenience of the location. Parking is ample as well.

They don’t even open or answer the phone on the time that they say they are open. They’re never on time. Their customer service could be better too.
