Fantastic restaurant! I never really dined at this chain before discovering this location, as I had some bad experiences at others. However, the staff at the Springfield location are incredibly professional and friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere. They treat their customers like family, making you feel as though you've known them for ages, even on your first visit. The food seems healthier here compared to other locations in the chain, and the addition of a healthy juice bar is a great touch. I would even buy meals and juices to take back for friends and family in other states when I travel, as they all rave about the food.
