I ordered a kebab combo and a kebab, I was charged when I question the ludicrous pricing, they back tracked, and said “well you grabbed a Gatorade, so it’s an extra on top of your purchase” when I asked how that makes sense,...all the staff made me out to be a fool for questioning their prices, and when I asked them to show me on the menu they couldn’t. The boys are obviously pocketing some cash, and didn’t like being pulled up on it. Let the ATO know we have some shonks here. If the owner wishes to investigate further, contact me please.
I visited last week and tried the potato pide and spinach/cheese gozleme. While they may not be the absolute best versions of these dishes I've ever had, they were still delicious. The no-frills dining area provides a perfect spot to watch the hustle and bustle of Cleveland St. Both dishes were generously sized and served on wooden boards with lemon wedges and a scoop of dip, all for a reasonable price of $13-$14. I personally prefer simple and satisfying meals like this over hyped-up and disappointing new dishes.
My favorite Turkish store in Surry Hills. I find that the prices are reasonable, even students can easily afford a huge burger or kebab combo. It is also convenience to have a good meal when you don't have enough time to cook. I don't recommend...for pizza though. However, the store only accepts cash, but there's an ATM in store, so problem solved!

Wide range of Turkish food. The pide has a good medium level of oiliness and is very flavoursome. Although concentrating on takeaway, there's a reasonable dining area. This place has been successful for a long time and you can see that in the big crowds...on weekend evenings.
Super Fresh ingredients good quick service at a reasonable price. I really enjoyed my lunch, numerous options with the extras such as Red Cabbage Grated Carrot not normally found in a Kebab Shop. They are really big no good for the small appetite.
thurs ordered chicken cabab and one beef ok standard ask for fries for very small serve same as mc donalds opened then old cold if your charging for chips make sure they r good ! voting with feet many other shops...around !
The food, service, delivery time, and quality at this restaurant are truly outstanding. Golden Pide is consistently efficient, and the food always arrives hot and in perfect condition. I am always a satisfied customer.

Classic late night pide stop off. Wouldn't trust it in the light of day, and yet it gets my green tick of approval after seven beers. Would come back when drunk...
Ordered here multiple times and never had a bad experience. Food is always fresh tasty. The staff are friendly and fast service.
