The service has gone out the door and seems like theres no going in order with take out or dine in. I ordered my food at 4:44. Was told on the phone it would be 30 minutes. I arrived and paid for the meal at 5:08 and told it would be ready in 7 to 10minutes. Not a problem. I sat there as 17 other orders went out the door and finally went back up to question what was going onat 5:45. I was then told they will go back and check on it and came back to ask if I wanted a beverage or desert. I explainedthat wasn't what I wanted that I have an infant and family at home that just want to eat and if I can get my meal as I orderedit that would be nice. 12 minutes later I was given my meal. We celebrated a family birthday last week, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing compared to what it used to be. The two young staff members at the front were incredibly slow, and their service bordered on rude. One of them even talked about someone in our party while we were there! Ugh! One of us ordered fettuccine, and it was so dry—just terrible! They really need a responsible adult manager on-site, as the kitchen seemed to be underperforming. I hope they can address these issues because this place used to be excellent.

The food was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. We were served pasta but had no silverware because they had run out. We also ordered a salad and kept asking about it, but it never arrived. Eventually, I went to inquire about it, and they told us it hadn't been charged. It would have been helpful if they had informed us of that when we kept asking. It's frustrating because the food was really good!

The food is overpriced for the quality. The toppings, which cost an extra $2, were barely added, and the pizza was overcooked and dry. I probably won't order from here again, but it wasn't the worst experience. On the bright side, the Caesar dressing isn't overly thick, which is a plus. Overall, it was just an average experience. This is one of the best Italian restaurants in Southern California. I haven't experienced anything disappointing here; whether for lunch or dinner, you'll definitely be pleased with your choice to dine at this establishment.

Family run business with fantastic Italian food. Pizza and pasta dishes are favorites but everything is consistently delicious! Prices are very reasonable and portions are generous. Support this small family business!????

You might want to highlight a few specific dishes, but honestly, everything here is fantastic! This place is amazing! I've been eating here since I was a kid, and since they opened, it's been the absolute best!

My pizza arrived burnt. Crust is black. Bottom of pizza is black. Mushrooms black and sausage burnt rock hard. Not acceptable! Youd expect one piiza that cost $53 dollars would notarrive burnt. Réservez une table maintenant

The Chicken Parmigiana with Spaghetti was fantastic, just like always. The portion was generous, and the chicken was tender and juicy. We absolutely love this place!

We didnt receive our salads. The Penne Pasta was just ok. The fettuccine was really good flavor. We asked for our wings to be well done and they were barely done.
