gongcha now has a grape series which includes: grape yogurt latte w pearls grape passionfruit crush w coconut jelly grape yogurt smoothie w kanten jelly (not pictured) both drinks pictured were vv refreshing w a strong grape taste! got both w 30% sugar which was perfect for the latte and for the crush was still a bit sweet but look how cute the heart jellies are this series is available at all ontario locations
The tea here is absolutely delicious—I ordered the peach QQ. I’m giving it five stars mainly because the girl who was working on Tuesday afternoon was incredibly friendly. We had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, and while it was probably an issue with my laptop, she was so persistent in trying to help. Thank you!
The quality of the bubble tea here is subpar compared to other competitors in the area. Additionally, there is a staff member who often comes across as unfriendly and angry. She tends to communicate with her colleagues in Korean right in front of customers, even though they are capable of speaking English.

It’s a pleasure to walk into a bubble tea shop and find exactly what you need for your kids at 9:55 PM. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly. The person who assisted me seemed very young and welcoming.
John was an amazing staff member that was able to help me pick out a drink using his extensive knowledge. He was patient and very friendly the entire time.
The guy that was working at 1pm was so friendly even with full line up of customers. Drinks are really good, one of the best Gong Cha locations.
