It was our first time there on a rainy day last week. We always see it so busy so we decided to see what the hype was. Cute environment service was decent food was absolutely disappointing, ordered buffalo Mac and cheese it was so watery and tasteless I decided not to complain or send it back. When we were ready to leave the older waitress asks me if I wanted a box. I declined politely and was then asked if I was full???? Can you give negative stars? I would respectfully advise against visiting this restaurant. My experience here was anything but pleasant. I genuinely felt that the food had a rubbery, plastic texture. To make matters worse, I found hair in my water, which made me feel extremely unwell. I left feeling deeply disappointed. The pancakes were flat and lacked any flavor, and the home fries were completely unseasoned—honestly, it was the worst breakfast I've ever had. While the staff were nice, their friendliness could not make up for the subpar food; it was even worse than IHOP. I really hope they can find a chef who knows how to cook a decent steak... The lobster rolls were delicious, although a bit on the soft side. The fries and coleslaw were excellent. However, the service was slow. Since we ordered takeout, we didn’t get a chance to see the interior of the restaurant.
