Went to celebrate a family member's achievement. Family of 5. Had the garlic bread, gnocchi, shrimp pasta dish and the Vesuvio pizza. There was a photo of the pizza with the Italian flag and sparkler on the table my son asked about it, and the waiter was so amazing he was so kind and warm with my son, answered all his questions and recommended the Vesuvio pizza. It came out even better than advertised, it was delicious, with just the right amount of spice! Loved the creamy gnocchi and shrimp pasta dish as well! Had tiramisu for dessert scrumptious! The pizza itself was disappointingly thin, soggy, and floppy, and it was also burnt. The cheese was practically nonexistent—seriously, how can you serve pizza without enough cheese? To top it off, they included an excessive amount of basil that tasted and smelled like chlorine. The overall appearance of the pizza was unappetizing, as it looked as though it had been drowned in tomato sauce with just a tiny drop of cheese on top. If you're considering spending $68 on a pizza that barely fills you up, then go right ahead. As for parking, it was a nightmare. I've never felt so unsafe in the parking lot of a pizza place.
3 of us had dinner here on the weekend. First off, credit where it's due, the food was delicious!! We shared the bruschetta, which was a perfect size appetizer for 3. We each had a pasta dish, 1 glass of wine and 2 iced teas. My serving was small and didn't really fill me up; for $32 I expected more. What really shocked me was the bill...$188!!!! (with generous tip). 1 order of bruschetta, 3 smallish pasta plates, only 1 glass of wine.... That's not nearly $200 worth of food, sorry. It was tasty, server was fantastic, but in these times, can't justify that price for what we received. ?
I had a terrible experience. We had a Christmas dinner gathering, and it took nearly two hours for us to receive the bill. The manager wouldn't even consider giving us a discount for the long wait. Having worked in the hospitality industry, I remember times when meals were compensated in situations like this. It seems things have changed. This will definitely be my last visit to this restaurant.
The only thing that I didn’t really like is that the vegetables on the pizza were raw. Especially the mushrooms. But everything else was in absolutely beautiful. But not worth the price. My husband and I shared one entrée, and one small pizza. Two glasses of wine. And came up to almost $100. For that quality and the amount of food that we had not worth the price at all, it was way overpriced.
Terrible first experience at Goodfellas. Took my wife here for her birthday and tried to make it special. Really nice atmosphere, but service from Mario was not good at all. He literally never said hi, bye, can I take your drink order, I’d recommend the pizza, etc. Food was so expensive and such a small portion. Were heading over to another restaurant now as we’re still starving
This place was so cute for a date night or just dinner with friends and family. I ended up going to be a friend and we spent a good two hours or the food was amazing and the ambiance overall ByWard raj’s James just something that you can’t really find in many places! Highly recommend trying out this restaurant. Also the menu is super customizable. 10/10
