The kids were starving, felt like Indian and Mehfil was handy. My daughter is easily pleased with standards like butter chicken and palak paneer. My son is vegan and fussy but the lovely staff were very patient and had the chef come out to assist. He was happy to suggest suitable dishes and said different dishes could be combined for more options. We had take away but the restaurant was quite busy for a Wednesday night. The decor is classy and relaxing. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Portion sizes are generous and prices reasonable. I will be looking for an opportunity to go back.
We ordered on line and chose the home delivery service - both the meal and the timeliness of delivery was excellent - the food arrived hot and the packaging didn't leak - bread and rice were fresh and to temperature - the vindaloo brought hot chilli spice to the palate from a tomato base - the paneer was delicious and the naan yummy. Really rate home delivery - on time food to order.
We always order take away/pick up, have never eaten in, however, when I pick up our order the restaurant is alway's buzzing with people!The Mehfil sizzler plate is a must, a combination of the most popular entree's and the curries are always fantastic especially the Lamb Korma.Never had a bad dish and we've been ordering from here a number of years!
Mehfil is a cute little local Indian restaurant in Gordon well located on pacific highway having both dine-in and takeaway or delivery facilities. It's a blessings for most of us residents. Food is hygienic well prepared and so is the service. Two of our favourite dishes are Veg-Biryani and Lamb-Biryani. Just love them as lazy Thursday dinner!!!

Our experience has been amazing, great place, food and people. Highly recommended. The specials change therefore gives one something different rather than same things all the time. Chef likes to give choices, if not on the menu simply ask and they will accommodate.
Tried Gobi Manchurian from Entree. Disgusting; hot making it tastless; almost painful, menu warning indicated Medium. Why do they ruin food with chillies which are for desperately poor people to inflame their stomachs to make them feel full. 0 Likes, 0 Comments
We had dinner here and it was delicious. We had the Mehfil sizzler for entree, Palak Paneer, Lamb Pudina and Narial Beef for the main course with some rice and Lahori Lacha Parantha. I recommend this restaurant, the service was also very good.
We enjoyed a lovely meal with good level of flavour and heat. A little moist from other patrons but staff were very attentive. We will be back
