5 stars should be for this restaurant only the beginning of all reviews. the gourmet factory has been convincing for years through a lovingly assembled kitchen, nice staff, very well maintained ambiente at the city port of Schwerin and a very friendly restaurant guide. the cooking school is personally guided by the chef - an absolute must for every chef! the tricks you learn there come directly from the professional kitchen everyday and are not in a cookbook. Stunning faces and a unique experience are therefore pre-programmed! we, my wife, family and I, are always liked guests and will gladly recommend the gourmet factory as a tribal for all eventualities! Five stars!

we had a one-day invitation to the gourmet factory for dinner.The menu is very clear, the prices in the upper segment. the wine offer was very low and would have to be better with these trips. the food was tastefully very good and plentiful. the drinks were well tempered. the service power that has served us, but still has to work very much. in these upscale trips you should actually know how the gast is served and not eat every time and drink across the table rich or from the back to the left or right. who does not take the name gourmetfabrik so literally can eat well here.

planned was ear and eye-catching, found also ambitious, young man mouse. gruss from the kitchen, not small - cold sweets-interessant- am not a friend colder suppe but as a greeting we let ourselves be pampered by the chef. main dish lamb - hunger is welcome, because the portion is plentiful and very good, on the point cooked,soft tasty with everything around and there. the service competent and open also for small hints. we're coming back!

restaurant in an optically nice atmosphere. Feed and weine of simple quality aren completely overpriced. we ate burger. frikadelle like a brake pad, otherwise tastefully everything fade. the bottle wein for 35 euro was miserable, estimated purchase price in business 3.00 euro.

it is not the first time that we were too gassed in this etablissement. my enthusiasm sometimes kept in limits. but today I was too hospitable, and I took lunch, I am full of praise. the food was superb!
