Grain and Cane were a fantastic experience. staged with the family and blown away from the service. John was fantastic and well versed in not only the menu, but the cocktails. We tried several cocktails from popcorn old fashion, pomegranate and even some special off menu drinks based on what we liked. I can't ask for better service. My sisters and I made reservations at Grain and Cain to celebrate our parent?s 65th and 66th birthdays. We had my 2 year old niece and 5 year old nephew 7 total on our party, and this turned out to be the treat we were hoping for! From the simply glazed cauliflower to the French onion soup, which felt like the grandma kitchen in the mouth to the simple salad that brightened your day, which was already brightened up by the colorful colors of the present, to the salmon dish, which was fresh from the beginning to the end. Great place connected to an Embassy Suites. Never noticed it before because it was back in a company park, but definitely worth a visit. Originally went for brunch, but saw some really great lunch options. The best article we ordered was the poutine with short rib. Most places make the engraving on pouting so watery that the frits makes so tender. Not here! The balance of severity, melted cheese and short rib were perfect over the crispy hot frits. The food tastes great, but did you know that the pizza had the same prototype as another restaurant? Yeah, but I still like your food. They have amazing decorations such as marble tables and comfortable seats.
