Grammas Pizza - Amelia

Called at 10:15 to place pickup order, since it opens at 10:00 from what it says online and as I drove by the open light was illuminated (on) but when I called and they asked pickup or delivery, so I specified pickup then they proceeded to tell me they wont open until 11:00 a.m. that day even though I had just drove by and seen the open sign on and about 5 or 6 cars out back and a customer vehicle in the front by front door.

So ordered 2 pizzas and wings from them and the food was absolutely horrible! The pizza was hard and the wings where over cooked! Was told they would give me a $20 dollar credit witch I spent more with the cost of wings! I agreed to take the $20 credit for next time then they tell me that I don't have a credit witch I do I will never eat at this place again they are liars and don't even serve you good food!

Order a 2 topping big mamma for pick up was told a price over the phone charged 8$ more when it was picked up! And then when I called to complain I was hung up on by the manager on duty, Bree! And then the pizza was burnt! Great job Garbage Mas!

Bri was professional, outgoing, and a great worker. She deserves a raise 10/10 recommend. Also throw more pepperonis
