This casual café serves food and coffee of surprisingly high quality. I ordered my baby shower birthday cake from here, and it was absolutely fantastic! I visit often. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that their menu is rarely updated and doesn't include prices. They only offer a small paper menu at the checkout, so you don't know the prices until you're ready to order. To be honest, the prices are not exactly budget-friendly! Additionally, they often run out of bakery items by noon. If they could display their menu on the wall and keep their bakery stocked, I would give this place a perfect 100 stars. I truly love it!
I was somewhat disappointed with my experience! We went for lunch and ordered the turkey cranberry sandwich, which had way too much lettuce and only a tiny bit of cranberry sauce. We also tried the spicy chicken sandwich, but it lacked any spice whatsoever! Both sandwiches were quite bland and, considering the prices, not worth it at all. The eggs Benedict with salmon were decent, but the blackened avocado lurking beneath the sauce was off-putting. Overall, I believe this place is better suited for coffee and pastries if you're willing to pay a premium for them.
I visited again today and ordered some pizza bagels for $2 each, and they were surprisingly large! I also tried a lavender latte. It seemed like I arrived during peak hours since there was a line, but the staff handled it quickly and served everyone efficiently. It's evident that this place enjoys a steady stream of customers, and the staff is well-trained to manage the busy periods smoothly.
I went to this café on a Sunday afternoon and had a great time enjoying an iced Americano along with a cookie and a cream puff, both of which were delicious! It was quite tranquil at around 4:30 PM, with only a few customers, so there was ample seating. The service was prompt and friendly. It's an excellent place for coffee and snacks! I'm very particular about my coffee, but the one I ordered earlier was excellent. The balance of sweetness and coffee flavor was just right—not too sweet and not too bitter. It exceeded my expectations! I'm definitely going to be a regular here. Plus, we really enjoyed their blueberry croissant! The ambiance is fantastic too!
I tried a few pastries from this place and the Parmesan and leek pastry was amazing—I would definitely order it again! However, I was a bit let down by the apple fritter donuts, as they contained very little apple, despite looking delicious. On a positive note, their Spanish coffee was an excellent drink choice!
