Our spa day was not as expected. We booked breakfast spa on a Friday, clearly several days in advance we communicated via email with I assume the reservation department or the spa reception. simple and relaxed experience. on Sunday it is worth taking the relax check-in to have a certain entry during the busy times. the saunas are wonderful, even if they are not like the finish sauna there are many possibilities with less air humidity and warmth. The relaxation rooms are comfortable and have a good temperature. the food options are healthy, sitting next to the pools limited.
absolutely stunning bathroom. very well made for visitors and hotel guests. beautiful detail with the warm bath towel. the children loved the round pool. small foods are in the inner also a welcome location to get energy for more time in the bathroom.
The staff are friendly and helpful. It's just a little more expensive than what's on offer. It was expanded and made larger, but that didn't justify the costs. It's nice and clean except the toilet facilities could be cleaner. Otherwise it's okay.

Great thermal spa with a very wide range of pools and saunas. The bistro also offers fine and healthy food. Special mention should be made of the large sauna Pandscjaft with the themed infusions. A really great and relaxing experience.
Superb SPA, the sauna area is wonderful and the swimming pools are no different. Worth the ticket price! I recommend taking a few hours or at least half a day to have a complete experience or even some treatments.
Great atmosphere, friendly, competent staff, unfortunately the facility is getting old... renovation might be an issue...
All amenities offered. Architecture is better than any other thermal bath I've visited. German style sauna.
