Our spa day was not as expected. We booked breakfast spa on a Friday, clearly several days in advance we communicated via email with I assume the reservation department or the spa reception. Apparently everything was good and explained. First of all, at 8:00 a.m. we are in the queue for about 10-15 minutes, too many guests, a single employee makes it as quickly as possible so that all the guests can come in, we are also at the reception, we want to find out who “Where, what… When we ask spa employees in stress, we notice ourselves. despite all the hypes, it was overwhelming. the whole place looks very white and bland, like a British public free time center in the 90s! the pools are beautiful and spacious, but the cycles for the jets for example in the main pool and the outside are for a long time without obvious ground. it is also quite expensive and they have to pay for hand towels unless they take themselves what nobody says! the reception staff did not explain how the lockers work with the bracelet. when they have seen this place on TV, they are not deceived by show business, it is not so great!

simple and relaxed experience. on Sunday it is worth taking the relax check-in to have a certain entry during the busy times. the saunas are wonderful, even if they are not like the finish sauna there are many possibilities with less air humidity and warmth. The relaxation rooms are comfortable and have a good temperature. the food options are healthy, sitting next to the pools limited.

the best spa I've ever been with. great atmosphere, beautiful view, fantastic rituale every hour. Moreover, they can enjoy a delicious coffee in the lounge. the spa is super clean and the toilets are properly kept and cleaned every hour or so. highly recommended! Réservez une table maintenant

absolutely stunning bathroom. very well made for visitors and hotel guests. beautiful detail with the warm bath towel. the children loved the round pool. small foods are in the inner also a welcome location to get energy for more time in the bathroom.

Great thermal spa with a very wide range of pools and saunas. The bistro also offers fine and healthy food. Special mention should be made of the large sauna Pandscjaft with the themed infusions. A really great and relaxing experience.

Superb SPA, the sauna area is wonderful and the swimming pools are no different. Worth the ticket price! I recommend taking a few hours or at least half a day to have a complete experience or even some treatments.

Beautiful sauna area, not too crowded. Swimming area was fine, but nothing special (there was some construction though . Overall, we had an incredibly relaxing day. : Réservez une table maintenant
