Great Falls Creamery

Ice cream was great. Customer service was lacking. The person behind the counter was clearly frustrated by our mom's group. We all have children ranging from 3 weeks to 6 years. When the kids would make a slightly loud noise she would sigh heavily androll her eyes. (Should note we got our ice cream and went to eat it in the field. We were only in there long enough to order icecream and only went 1 or 2 moms at a time.

The ice was delicious, and the young staff behind the counter were friendly, attentive, and articulate. During our visit, the owner stepped out, and we exchanged a few words about a local parade that was happening that day; she was very kind as well. The customer service was excellent! We will definitely make a special trip to visit again when we are in the area.

The ice cream had ice crystals in it, and while the flavors were decent, the texture left much to be desired. Additionally, they don’t provide samples, so you can't really gauge the quality before ordering. To make matters worse, the cashier was rude to the customers ahead of us. It's a shame because it’s a charming little shop not too far from our place.

They don’t allow any sampling, so you can only taste the ice cream after you’ve purchased it. I ordered a scoop of stone road and keksteig. In my bowl, I had chocolate and vanilla ice cream, but there were no pieces of keksteig and maybe just 2 or 3 chocolate chips. I would recommend skipping this place. Réservez une table maintenant

4.5 (rounded up to 5). The ice cream here is creamy and satisfying, and the ambiance is delightful. The outdoor tables in the back provide a perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely cone or cup. The mocha fudge brownie ice cream was amazing—there’s a fantastic coffee flavor in the mocha.

Ice cream had ice crystals. Flavors were ok, but texture was not. Also, they don't offer samples so you can't taste the ice crystals I presume). And the cashier was rude to the customers in front of us. Too bad because it's a lovely little shop not too far from us.

Great Falls has a great neighborhood ice cream shop. Highly advise if you're nearby. Every week, the options change, but you can never go wrong. Réservez une table maintenant

This place is adorable, and their root beer float is fantastic! It’s a bit on the expensive side, but definitely worth it!
