The service was fantastic and the food was well beyond our expectations when we wandered in looking for pub food. We are only in Newfoundland for a few days and will absolutely be heading back to Green Sleeves again before we leave to have the pan fried cod and strawberry spinach salad again. Our server Melissa so friendly and was even kind enough to explain to us what scrunchions were and how to properly pronounce the word 'toutons ' without laughing too hard.
Great time with my wife. Our server was awesome (always a game changer), the food was terrific, as was the music. The weather could have been better but whose fault is that? Even the chef stepped up to make a good night memorable by making a special dessert for us.
What a perfect place to celebrate St.Paddy 's Day weekend! Food was great (the french toast for brunch was cooked perfectly), drinks were excellent and live music was fantastic! Definitely a 'must visit ' stop on George St!
the food was delish. had the gs burger and went with a really full booze. Live entertainment to boot and it was jason greely. havent seen him forever, before years has the security for him in harbour grace. would go back. Réservez une table maintenant
Took my 4 year old and a friend who's visiting from Florida for supper the other night food was amazing service was even better and live act was awesome he even took time to interact with my son. Always a good time!!
We had a few drinks sitting on the deck, and shared a burger platter with onion rings instead of fries. It was delicious! The weather was fantastic! We will definitely be back!
the entire staff was incredible. I always felt safe with full-time security, and the barkeepers are the best in St. John’s. I love the live music!
