I appreciate G&T for introducing a healthy food option in a town that still has a limited understanding of veganism, but I wish they would commit to being fully vegan. They describe themselves as plant-based, yet they include eggs and cheese, which aren't plant-based. Aside from those items, most of their offerings are vegan, so they’re very close. They also have a wide range of fantastic vegan options that are both delicious and nutritious. Additionally, their rewards program is a nice touch! The juice bar offers typical selections, including prepared salads and snacks. The coffee drinks are generally quite good, although my recent decaf americano was a bit underwhelming. It's a nice spot for a mid-morning or mid-afternoon visit, and they have outdoor seating available.
I'm often here. consistent good food options, natural and vegetarian food! I enjoy their new almond soak servier. also good smoothies. if I don't know what to drink (or eat), green and tonic is always a good option.
Great location and an excellent choice for healthy eating. The coffee is delicious! I enjoy visiting this place when I'm out shopping at local retail stores. The staff is always very friendly.

The curry chickpea wrap was incredible! I also sampled the Rise and Shine drink, which was equally delightful. The town had a charming vibe, and the atmosphere was wonderful.
