Griffin Inn - Réservation de table

After waiting for nearly an hour our meals arrived. Since we had waited so long for our meal, I couldn't be bothered to tell them that the well done steak that I received should have been medium/rare. It took us another half an hour to get a waitress to take our order for dessert. There was only one other table in the restaurant being occupied, so it wasn't as if they were being run off of their feet. After 40 minutes wait I cancelled the order for the desserts and asked for the bill.In all that time we never received an explanation or an apology as to why the food was taken so long. Very poor service and equally bad customer service. Definitely a place to avoid.

I went to this restaurant with some friends for lunch. It was the first time for some of us, and the pub advertised daily food service. We arrived shortly after 12 o'clock and when we entered, we were asked if we wanted to eat. We replied "yes," but were told that on Tuesdays they do not serve food, contrary to what was advertised. We had to leave and find another place to eat. I believe it would be a good idea to clearly display this information on the front board of the pub to avoid misleading customers. The pub looks nice from the outside and from what I could see, the interior was well-presented.

Food was nice, but despite there being a large menu online we were only offered a Sunday roast with either chicken or beef which was not explained when we rang to book. Our order took 1hr to arrive even though it wasn't busy. No one came to ask if we needed more drinks and when we asked to order more, our empty glasses weren't cleared. I'm not normally one to complain but we were very disappointed.

the first time that I am here from london a beautiful place for free parking nice and clean warm also friendly feeling like home that is beautiful and ingenious also eating was amazing aswell and the workers make them happy positiw. they bring their family and friends to this wonderful place I will tell all my friends about this pub. I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by the busy atmosphere and the helpful staff. They have a great selection of drinks and also serve food. It definitely has a local charm to it.
