We ordered a Kufta Kebab Laffa and a Shwarma Laffa. The wait time was average, but when the meal arrived, the fries were soggy, despite my request to leave them out. We had no option to customize the ingredients in the laffa apart from the standard additions: hummus, tahini, Israeli salad, and the soggy fries. The waitress did mention we could add pickles, which we opted for. Both laffas were served uncut and were sent back to the kitchen with a noticeable lack of enthusiasm.
When the laffas returned, the one with the fries was disappointing—after I pointed out the unwanted soggy fries, the "replacement" laffa came back looking very sparse, missing the hummus and featuring an excessively ru...
I usually avoid posting negative reviews, but this restaurant truly warrants one. The service was terrible, and it took an excessively long time for the staff to attend to my girlfriend and me. We felt completely overlooked, and even getting the check was a struggle. While I don't like to attribute issues to race, as a Black individual, it felt like we were not welcomed at this establishment. Service: Dine-in.
This restaurant already has a five-star rating, but I felt the need to add my own. They are incredibly fast and efficient, and the quality of the food is outstanding. The staff is also very friendly and courteous, showing great respect for their customers. It's a pleasure to give them a five-star rating—truly well-deserved. Thank you for your excellent service!
I visited this restaurant for dinner with a group of seven and was met with a very rude blonde waitress who turned us away. Honestly, I'd rather eat TRAIF than dine at Grill Time with someone who has that kind of attitude. It's really disappointing!

I ordered a large hummus through Uber Eats and asked for some extra pita, even paying for an additional one. Unfortunately, they only included one pita with the entire large container of hummus, which left me quite disappointed.

This is my favorite spot for delicious steak sandwiches and kebabs. It's a hit with the kids too! The place is always lively, but the service is quick and friendly.
