I've had some great burgers from the chain in the past.So, after coming out of the cinema at 8.30pm on a Saturday evening, I decided to treat myself to a burger from the outlet in the Macquarie Centre.A very polite and professional guy welcomed me and let me know that as they'd been extra busy they were low on buns and had only the low carb and gluten free options, or they could do any burger with salad.I ordered anyway and got the Baa Baa burger with a low carb bun and sweet potato fries. What I wasn't told was that I'd be charged the surcharge for the low carb bun, even though that was the only option (the same surcharge applies to gluten free buns), I only saw it...
I absolutely love Grill'd, though admittedly I usually just get the Simply Grill'd burger (with added tasty cheese), or the Crispy Bacon and Cheese burger. Their chips are absolutely phenomenal- thick cut and seasoned beautifully, and you get a good amount when you order for yourself, but definitely need your own if you're there with others. There isn't really an atmosphere at the Mac centre Grill'd, since it's right at the entrance of the shopping centre, meaning it's possibly the loudest place you could eat (barring the food court down one level). There's also usually a guy out the front trying to lure in people all the time, so that gets quite annoying as well especially when you're seate...
As the old saying goes, "Not Happy Jan". Date night and ordered a simple burger meal and a seperate serve of chips. Burger was ok as far as burgers go. The start was less than ideal with the drinks from the fridge being one cold and the other warm. Just re stocked I have to guess as they were both in the same part of the fridge. Secondly our serve of chips did not turn up. We have to say the service was terrible For the following reasons. Asked where the chips were and the girl went to check on them. I come here regularly for after work dinner or meetings.Great service always. You pay at the counter and received a cap to select the 3 charities they will donate money to (great concept)You can get salt with rosemary and tomato sauce on the counter if you dine in. There are plenty of seats inside.You can also buy cider and beer which is a plus!I also get the Simply grill'd burger ( grass fed lean beef) ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! with the chips (large thick cut with there herb mix) YUM!!

Their burgers are so nice! I am inlove with all the hot chips they offer although I have always noticed that it is way too crispy to the point where the chips are black, even after requesting not for them to be like that, it still is. Not to sure if i would get my chips from there again
All the burgers are great and I really really really lurrrrve their chips. I also appreciate that you can vote which charity they will donate too, actually makes you feel okay about eating burger and chips......
We tried this place for the first time and really loved the juicy burger and real chips we took the carry out service From the really nice young staff this was way ahead of any other burger places for taste
Lots of burgers to choose from. Simply grill'd burger absolutely delicious with sweet potato chips. Great friendly service. Restaurant supports different charities/great idea. Will be returning.

Hard to go past Grill'd for a delicious burgher that is reasonably priced. My fave is the chillie lover while my daughter has the crispy bacon. A side of crunchy fries tops off a good meal.
Super fast, super tasty beef / chicken or veggie burgers. Great mixed chippies and drinks. Just a nice place to eat.
