Meal order taken by a disinterested customer service staff member who told me that my first eftpos transaction did not go through as the transaction had timed out. I then repeated the transaction which went through . Went to my table thought something was not right about what he said so looked on my mobile banking app. Sure enough my suspicion was correct and two transactions for the same amount had been charged. I went back in and was told by another disinterested staff member that it was only showing once on their computer so I would have to dispute this with my bank. It was clear that they had charged me twice surely it's easy to reverse one of the charges! The disinterested staff member...
We booked a table for 8. When we arrived there was no table set aside for our group so we had to sit at 2 separate tables. They ran out of eggs, sweet chilli sauce & the panini buns. We also went so we could get their $25 movie deal to go see Rough Night for our friend's birthday. Guess what? They ran out of movie rickets. How does a burger restaurant run out of buns? The food was delicious, we all really enjoyed our meals. They just need to get organized. If you make a booking its probably a good idea to confirm on the day to make sure your table is available when you arrive.
We had our first and last Grill'd meal last night. The food portions are so small it's ridiculous. I can see how they can claim to be healthy. My daughters kids meal left even the smallest 9 year old still feeling hungry! Do not waste your time with the avocado chips they were terrible and the sweet potato fries were no better. They pushed about one dozen of them into the thimble sized serving cup and served them to us cold and soggy. $16 for a burger that you can get from Macdonald's for a third of the price!! We will not be going back to any Grill'd.
The Grill'd team here are pleasant and friendly that make well produced quality made to order burgers in a fair time frame.The custom made burgers and quality fresh ingredients, make you really enjoy the experience of eating such a succulent and tasty meal here. It's also great to have a beer with your choice of burger too, which makes the dining in a good treat that is really enjoyable.The Grill'd franchise business model is more appealing and inviting than other similar restaurants, who employ kids, run by clowns.

In the past Grill'd was a place where you could get good fresh food at a reasonable price. Not any more. For lunch I ordered a vegetarian burger with a side of fries. It took nearly 30 minutes for my meal to arrive. When it did nothing was hot, warm, not hot like I was expecting. Nor was it fresh, or tasty. The lettuce in the burger was brown around the edges, and the vegetarian burger wasn't hot throughout. I'm not longer sure that Grill'd is a good place to eat.
Grill'd moved to the other side of Westfield near the cinema in late May 2017. The decor is funky and there seems to be more seating inside and a whole lot more outside. The menu is the same and the staff are still friendly and a lot more visible - you can literally see them preparing each burger.
Been looking forward to a burger and chips so stopped in at Grill'd which are normally good. I was very disappointed. Burnt burger soggy Chips and Hair in my food. Waiter was good and offered a refund.
The burgers are really better at Grill'd. Generously sized meals, trully old style chips, some with a twist. A good range of beverages and always friendly service.

Popped past here for a quick dinner. Service was friendly and prompt. The morrocan lamb burger was also tasty.
