Bonjour. Quelle grande surprise ce nouveau menu pour le 50e anniversaire de Guérino ! Je n'excitais pas ça du tout. Une très bonne harmonisation des plats et boissons qui sera ajustée périodiquement par la région italienne. Si tu ne sais pas, je te suggère d'y aller et de te voir. Lunch at Guérino, a small place a few minutes' walk from work. No card, the whole menu is on slates. The burrata served at Guérino is worth the detour. It dethrones all those tasted so far.
