Hightlight: A Japanese-style Korean restaurant. My personal favorite for a light meal. Nice environment and super cute hand written menu on blackboard.Recommendation: flying fish row rice, mini egg, okonomiyakiFood: we ordered GUPJI salad, okonomiyaki, pan fried oysters, karaage, mini egg, flying fish roe rice and everything taste good. One interesting thing is that they serve Japanese-style seafood pancakes but does not have Korean classic version. LOLFor flying fish row rice, please try it as soon as it comes to the table if you prefer the raw taste. Otherwise, it will be cooked by the temperature from rice.
SOOO GOOD!Stopped here for a quick evening bite and we ended up having a whole meal. The food is so good so we kept ordering more. Their house and cole slaw SALAD DRESSINGS ARE AMAZING! Wish they sold it separately, it is THAT GOOD! Quick service and great service. Highly recommend and will be back
Gupji is one of my favorite restaurants. This place is so cozy and nice. The staff are professional and friendly. I love the portion of the food and all the dishes are very well prepared food.It’s perfect place for both dining and drinking.
excellent spot for small groups of people with never-disappointing menus and food quality. the salad comes as a service which is so yummy and other dishes are so tasty too. I will try this place to just try all the other dishes!!!

Amazing spot in Murray Hill. Favorites were Tako Wasabi, Sweet potato croquettes, fish roe rice, and mango salad. Deducting 1 point since the Tilapia and pan fried oysters were only OK, but all in all really good value.

The food here was good, maybe 4.5/5 but maybe not the best value.Pork belly stew was spicy and made me feel alive and they had good sauces pairings with most dishes.
This cozy spot offers excellent small plates that pair perfectly with drinks. I particularly enjoyed the squid legs and the lemon soju.
