I ordered country-friend chicken with hash browns (and cheese on it), over simple eggs and toast. My partner ordered Crepes. The boy? we really had a boy as a waiter. I'm pretty sure he went through puberty, what would be okay if he knew anything at all and could handle the job. He really needed to ask on his menu skills and perhaps what size box we needed instead of first timers what WE NEDEDEDED. All I can say about this place is Canned, Microwave, Dose and more Microwave. I recently visited Gus Diner for the first time, and I was impressed by the excellent service from our waitress, Hannah. She had an amazing attitude and kept everything running smoothly. I ordered the roast beef pasta, which was delicious and quite filling! However, the broccoli cheddar soup was too salty for my taste—it seemed like too much salt had been added. When I mentioned this to Hannah, she immediately offered to pack a vegetable soup to go, which was a nice gesture. Overall, I would definitely return for another meal!
If you like to season, I wouldn't deny here. We ordered the fajita Chicken Scrambler and gyro/Greek Scrambler with toast and pommes. There was no salt, let alone Fajita, which seasoned on my scrambler. It was served on a bed? by hashbrowns who drown in oil (and no salt or taste). The Greek Scrambler was okay, but also lack of taste. Definitely not worth $12.99 a record. We had a great service, but I wouldn't come back if you didn't? re going for something level like a stack of pancakes or no spices is your cup of tea.
I've visited Gus's for both breakfast and dinner, and I had positive experiences each time. The portion sizes are generous (at least for what I ordered), and the quality of the food is typical of a good diner. As you might expect, it leans a little towards the greasy side, but there are healthier choices on the menu as well. The decor and atmosphere are enjoyable, featuring plenty of vinyl records, checkered tiles, and walls adorned with pictures of Elvis and Marilyn Monroe.

I recently visited Gus's Diner for the first time, and it was quite an experience! The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The food was definitely worth the wait. My son, who is usually a picky eater, mentioned he'd love to return for breakfast. The pot roast and noodles were mouthwatering, and I can honestly say they had the best cookies and milkshake I've ever had. I'll definitely be back!

Holy buckets batman!!! The Blu cheese burger with a side of cheesecurds... and then when I was leaving... they sell PIE.. lemon, banana cream pie, and strawberry rhubarb... I'll be back!!
