I get it whenever I eat out, any type of chicken sandwich, I've had everything from chicken gyros to burgers to salads all with chicken, from all kinds of local Windsor restaurants and chains. I eat it pretty much 7 days a week, and I wasn't about to stop when I got to Gyros Delights for the very first time, was hungry and in the mood for greek food, and so I ordered two chicken related things off their menu: the chicken gyro and the Greek salad with some chicken added on top as extra. What can go wrong, right?... WELL... Let me tell you and warn you... this chicken is bad. And I me...
I dined at this restaurant in 2021 and will never return. It was a terrible mistake. I love chicken and usually order it whenever I eat out, whether it's a sandwich, gyro, burger, or salad. I tried Gyros Delights for the first time, craving Greek food, and ordered the chicken gyro and Greek salad with extra chicken. Unfortunately, the quality of the chicken was extremely poor. It was rubbery and had a strange, unappetizing texture. After a few bites, I felt nauseous and had to throw the food away. I eat chicken regularly and have never encountered such low-quality meat. I visited Gyros Delights for the first time in May 2021, and it was a mistake. As a big fan of chicken, I decided to order the chicken gyro and Greek salad with chicken on top. Unfortunately, the quality of the chicken was terrible. It was rubbery and chewy, unlike any chicken I have ever had. I immediately felt nauseous after trying it and had to throw it out. It was a waste of food and money. I eat chicken regularly at different restaurants in the city, and this was by far the worst quality I have encountered. I will not be returning to Gyros Delights. There are plenty of other good gyro places in the city to choose from.
Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again. I ordered the delight dinner and the fries were definitely not cooked all the way. The chicken was dry. I'm not one to complain and was surprised because I usually go by reviews.. Definitely not appetizing. I'll be putting my fries in the air fryer.

The menu offers a great selection at affordable prices. The waiting time is a bit longer than I prefer, so I would recommend calling ahead to place an order. The food is incredibly delicious. However, the staff could be friendlier. This restaurant is my go-to spot for Greek food!
I love their chicken delight.My favourite place to get it. There garlic sauce is to die for.I would recommend this place!!!Only think is I wish the guy worker was a bit more friendly.
