I requested assistance for the barbecue, the staff assured me help would be forthcoming, but the assurance proved to be empty. My effort to catch a server’s eye were unsuccessful all night. The manager and servers seemed to have all the time in the world for the table next to mine, assisting them diligently with their barbecue and even chatting away amiably because a bottle of sake was opened. Very nice BBQ experience. This place is different from other table BBQ places. The floors aren’t greasy and it doesn’t smell like smoke.The rolls are different and presented nicely. The BBQ was diy except for the wagu meats.There is a 90min time limit, the price gets absurd quickly but… the toilet seats are heated! That is some Japanese flair!
This restaurant deserves a solid five stars! It's truly unique and the first of its kind in America. The expectations are high, and they have absolutely delivered. Today, I tried the A5 Wagyu, and it was a delightful experience. I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is exceptional, and overall, it's amazing!

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I've been coming to this place for a while, but when I arrived, I was told there would be a 30-minute wait. My family and I waited patiently for 45 minutes, only to find out when I went inside that the table would take another 20 minutes to prepare. I definitely won’t be returning!
Incredible dining experience! The food was fresh and exquisite. The atmosphere is modern and comfortable. The service provided by Anna was truly exceptional! We drove an hour from Urbana, MD and will definitely be back.
The morning deliveries to this place have a terrible odor. I'm not sure if it's coming from the kitchen door or the delivery truck being open, but it really stinks.
