Gyu-kaku Japanese Bbq

I don’t know who was our server but he ruined whole experience of our eating out.First of all this restaurant need to be clear about gratuity tip. They told us we are big group and they will be charge 20% gratuity tip. We agree with it and at the end we check receipt. But there was no tip include. We asked server and he said it is not included. So I asked again that is it mean we can choose the percent. HE SAID YES. And guess what, sever took our card and pay and he charge the tip without any notice. 20%!! we was gonna tip lower than 20% cause of their horrible service…Today was my friend’s birthday.I BRING ICECREAM CAKE. My friend brought me here, it was cool. The food is all very affordable and delicious. I had egg fried rice, soft...it comes crispy too, I tasted both. My rice was brought to my table, the egg was added and tossed and fried right in front of me. I didn't expect that but I loved it so much. I can still smell the lovely warm toasty rice and delicate egg as it sizzled; increasing my hunger. It tasted as good as it was aromatic. The garlic noodles are far from basic. Such a great experience every time I eat in this restaurant. Customer service is amazing, the staff is friendly and always helpful. There are so many options to choose from, our group usually orders the six people option. Many different cuts of beef, pork, various types of chicken and shrimp. I recently tried the cheese of corn and it's DELICIOUS! The entire experience was fun and all dishes are tasteful and beautifully portioned. The bill can easily hit $400 for a group of 6 but it is the entire money spent. The green tea cake and the lava cake are probably my favorite items on the menu. We ate the meat lovers, it was a bbq meal perfectly for two persons, they have a good cocktail menu with a lot of options to choose,I highly recommend to do reservation because it’s a busy place so if you really don’t like to wait is better that you do reservation before. The food was perfectly prepared. the staff is so helpful they are always checking the bbq and cleaning the grill. How I mention before the drinks were refreshing and delicious. The dessert it’s delicious too. It’s an incredible place quiet and they put good music.

When I first entered this restaurant, I was greeted by a hostess which was really friendly and accommodating. Our server was very funny, friendly accommodating to any needs we had. Overall, the bbq was super delicious and tender. The side dishes were also really tasty as well. We had the premium all you can eat which had unlimited food for 90 mins. Definitely recommend this restaurant, the ambiance was so inviting and cozy.

Don’t even get me started on the service is SUPERB!!!! They immediately took care of us at the front and got us a big table for 6 people, the staff were friendly and super nice! The food was amazing we loved all the food, the service really caught our attention!Food: 5/5
