Hachiro Ramen - Réserver une table

Super tasty ramen! The best part is the broth it's perfectly balanced, especially if you select the spicy option, and it stays hot in the bowl throughout your meal (which is rare) thanks to the beautiful stone/ceramic bowl it's served in. Marinated egg is also super silky. The folks in the kitchen are skilled with the deep fryer too and can delicately fry things like thinly sliced lotus root. Noodles could be springier or more al dente but still good. Recommend this place!

Went with my wife and two kids (9 2) and we had a great time. The wait staff were lovely, the cocktails were interesting and excellent, and the food was fantastic. What a gem of a place to have in North Vancouver. We'll definitely be coming back to try out the dim sum and to have a drink with bar snacks for a date night.

The Caluliflower karaage is the best thing I've ever tasted! The staff were so lovely and the service was quick. Would 100% come back again!

Loved this hidden gem in North Van. The ramen is delish, as well as the gyoza. Plus the atmosphere was really lovely.
