Haidilao Hot Pot Arcadia

I came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday on Wednesday night (10/11). This place has changed a lot. Our waitress that night seldom checked on us , nearly no conversation with us. She was always not around. We had to ask other waiter for tongs. We had to find her to add the broth. And no offering for the help with the shrimp paste. After we apparently finish our hotpot for a while (over 10 mins) still nobody come check on us. I had to ask other waiter for our cake. And we wait another 10 mins for her to bring out the cake. And all the dirty plates were still on the table. It's just...it's super disappointing because I took my boyfriend here for his birthday celebration. And it turns out to...

Haidilao is always a great experience. Yes, it costs a little more than most hot pot places, but the food here is premium, and the service is immeasurable. They are very attentive, help you with anything you need, always so pleasant to be around. This particular location has the nicest decor out of all the ones in SoCal that I have been to. Overall, Haidilao is definitely my favorite hot pot place and the Arcadia location is no exception!

Great service as usual, happy hour deal was amazing. Meat quality is great, nice ambiance, came here to celebrate birthday, they gave us a nice fruit plate with candle, and the love lightning board to wish me happy birthday. This location is different then century city, you get personal pot with your own soup base. Check out their weekly special for deal and discount. We will definitely be back soon.

My favorite hot pot place! The service is amazing from the host to their servers. The only place I'll wait 1.5 hours for. My go to broth is their pork bone. It's so rich and flavorful! Their sauce bar offers many sauces that you can play around with too! The meat selection is very fresh alongside with their seafood choices. This place is easy one of my top 3

There were literally flies everywhere. In the sauce station and on our veggies (probably everywhere else in between). I should have known, because we also had to ask our server to clean out table a second time because there were crumbs and residue still on the table from the last party who had sat down. I was so surprised and disappointed.

Overall a good hotspot place! We went on a Tuesday late afternoon and it wasn't busy. The waiter answered all of our questions since we have not had hotpot in awhile. The food was pretty good and the service was great.

Very good service , waiters were very attentive and food came fast and fresh. Everything I ordered was perfect. There are many varieties to pick from and I recommend if you enjoy hot pot!
