Haidilao Hot Pot Arcadia

I came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday on Wednesday night (10/11). This place has changed a lot. Our waitress that night seldom checked on us , nearly no conversation with us. She was always not around. We had to ask other waiter for tongs. We had to find her to add the broth. And no offering for the help with the shrimp paste. After we apparently finish our hotpot for a while (over 10 mins) still nobody come check on us. I had to ask other waiter for our cake. And we wait another 10 mins for her to bring out the cake. And all the dirty plates were still on the table. It's just...it's super disappointing because I took my boyfriend here for his birthday celebration. And it turns out to...

Don't waste your money here! I was really disappointed; the food was not worth it at all. Just a few bean sprouts and a couple of slices of chicken for a whopping $50! The service was terrible, and there wasn't a manager available to speak with. I tried to request a credit, but the app requires payment upfront, making it difficult to contact customer service for a refund. If you're looking for a good meal, I recommend Mike's Enjoyable Real Food or a Chinese buffet—better options and significantly cheaper (about $30 less). Overall, I cannot recommend this place; I'm very unhappy with my experience!

The gold standard for Chinese hot pot! HAIDILAO is always consistent with quality, service, and taste. My favorite soup bases are the beef tallow spicy, regular spicy, and green Szechuan pepper numbing soup! Their meat quality is so good that I keep returning even though you can purchase their soup bases at supermarkets. I love the wide variety of sauces and snacks at the self serve station. Their service is well known and impecable every time! Only issue is probably finding parking if you're going during a busy day!

Haidilao consistently provides an excellent experience. While it may be pricier than many other hot pot restaurants, the quality of the food is top-notch, and the service is unparalleled. The staff is incredibly attentive and always ready to assist, making for a wonderfully enjoyable atmosphere. This particular location boasts the most attractive decor of all the ones I’ve visited in Southern California. Overall, Haidilao remains my favorite hot pot restaurant, and the Arcadia branch upholds that reputation! Réservez une table maintenant

The food was excellent, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service, however, truly stood out and deserves a perfect 5. The atmosphere was equally impressive, creating a lovely ambiance that enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommend it!

My favorite hot pot place! The service is amazing from the host to their servers. The only place I'll wait 1.5 hours for. My go to broth is their pork bone. It's so rich and flavorful! Their sauce bar offers many sauces that you can play around with too! The meat selection is very fresh alongside with their seafood choices. This place is easy one of my top 3

Overall a good hotspot place! We went on a Tuesday late afternoon and it wasn't busy. The waiter answered all of our questions since we have not had hotpot in awhile. The food was pretty good and the service was great.
