The experience on event day was quite disappointing. The menu had only two items, yet they were often unavailable. The food was served cold, and it was clear that the extra staff members were not properly trained. Additionally, only cash was accepted at the register, which was inconvenient. Overall, it was a letdown. Food: 1, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 2.
