Sorry to say but horrible chain. Charged for incidentals over 100. When I questioned, I was told- I spent, I said on what, they had no idea, but stealing my money just the same. Also No wifi for 5 days when i questioned i was handled a scrap piece of paper and told to call the number to which i did sadly no answer, no pool-they claim the covid narrative but lower your price-your not anywhere near the beach or airport, barely towels, nothing that added up to 240.00 A night. Also kids running up and down halls banging on room doors 2 days out of trip. Been to many hotels but this one is not up to the Hampton standard. The hallways had a weird smell and no air conditioning. When we stepped into our room, it had a stinky odor and the cooling system was not functional. We lowered the temperature down to 65 and still no change as there was just a small AC vent on the wall and not other cooling unit in the room. The bins had no liners and felt dirty. Restroom floor was greasy and the soap holder was broken, on top of that there was wet soap residue in the holder meaning it was not cleaned. Finally, we decided to leave this shabby motel come hotel. The hotel receptionist was kind enough to offer us refund and the staff was nice overall.
I made a reservation for a room with two queen beds, but when I arrived, I was given a room with one bed and a pullout couch. Despite this, I was still charged for a two-bed room. Luckily, I was only staying for two nights so it wasn't a major issue. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of switching rooms since we arrived late at night. Additionally, the pullout couch had no sheets or pillows. The breakfast was average, with some items tasting spoiled. However, the overall cleanliness of the place was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was simply terrible. It was infested with bugs and the front desk staff were incredibly rude. My room was located right next to the laundry room, and I had to navigate around laundry carts, garbage, and dirty mop water just to enter. The room itself was filthy, and I woke up with bug bites on my forehead. The noise made it impossible to get any sleep, and I could barely stay for one night out of the three I had reserved. To make matters worse, the internet was not secure, warning me that my information could be shared with others.

Writing reviews, speaking to management, and calling the 800 number does nothing! Cold food, they close breakfast 5-10 minutes early, and the place is run down! And when they run out of cheese omelets, they mix up hard boiled eggs! Wow! Carpets old, rooms are ok but not always cleaned well. Great location but if Hilton doesn’t care, why should I (especially as a diamond member). Go to Waltham or Dedham and spend the extra money. Like this review, your comments will be ignored.Rooms: Need to be cleaned better and maintained.
The rooms are super spacious. Mine included a work space with a large desk, a couch that could sit two, and a kitchenette complete with a kitchen sink, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine stocked with coffee and tea. The beds are large and comfortable, and the hotel provides a lot of extra linens and towels. Also, the provided toiletries were remarkably nice. The staff was helpful and willing to answer all questions.
Amazing place to stay while visiting for the Patriots game! Wonderful staff and very handicap friendly! Also have to mention the cookies! Yum yumFood drinks: Restaurant attached was extremely convenient and there was an Italian restaurant in the same parking lot.Noteworthy details: Handicap rooms had lower beds and roll in shower which is wonderful to see!
Non smoking room wreaked of cigarettes. Counters in room dirty. The hallway and elevator rugs were disgusting. Breakfast area tables absolute mess. Thankfully we were there for a concert so barely in the place. Left as soon as we woke up because smell was so bad.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The room had a dated appearance and the furniture and carpet could use an update. However, the bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated, which was a nice touch.
Good location but some outlets didn’t work and the WiFi also didn’t work. It does not have a pool and no apps on the tv. At least it came with breakfast.
