After my previous experience with poor service, overpriced and mediocre food, unwelcoming attitudes, and frequent order mistakes, I decided to try another place. However, on a recent visit, I hoped to give it a second chance, but unfortunately, the same problems persisted. The prices were even steeper this time, the attitudes were worse, and, once again, my food was incorrectly prepared. The owner consistently messes up orders but always manages to charge customers inflated prices. It seems that the lack of competition in Rye allows for this substandard performance to continue. I would recommend skipping the long wait and choosing a better restaurant for your dining experience.

I was shocked to be charged $17 for a flagel, and the staff at the counter were incredibly rude. It’s clear I’m not the only one—many Google reviews mention the high prices and terrible customer service. I left feeling frustrated, but seeing others had similar experiences was somewhat reassuring. Do yourself a favor: if you’re paying for average bagels, at least choose a place where you won’t be yelled at, interrupted, or taken advantage of. Honestly, look elsewhere!

On the positive side, I experienced fast service and friendly staff around 12:45 PM. I also noticed that the owner takes the time to respond to reviews, which shows a genuine concern for customer feedback, and I appreciate that. However, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to others. Sorry!

The bagels are good but almost $40 for a dozen bagels!? And then they also refused to slice them even though I bought a whole dozen and there wasn't a long line behind me. Honestly I can get better bagels in New York City for half the price Réservez une table maintenant

This is definitely the best bagel shop in Westchester. It has been my favorite place for as long as I can remember. Even when I was living in New York City, I always looked forward to stopping by Hand Rolled whenever I was in the area.

I ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter, two 2oz bags of chips, a Bai drink, and a Vitaminwater, and my total came to $18.37. I understand that prices have risen lately, but this is just outrageous. I won’t be coming back.

Awesome. Was in town visiting sis’s fam, and parents. A line at a bagel shop says it all. Yummy. Enjoyed my everything with cream cheese we brought home and doctored some more thoroughly enjoyed. Awesome staff.

In my opinion, this is the best spot for bagels. They're always delicious and fluffy, and I can't get enough of them. My favorite is the everything bagel—it's fantastic, and I'm a big fan! Réservez une table maintenant

My favorite breakfast place! I highly recommend going on the weekend, but be ready to wait in line since it’s always crowded. The staff is wonderful, and the bagels are out of this world!
