I'm craving this ice cream so much while writing this review because it was so damn creamy. The girl helping out was so patient with how many ever samples we wanted to try which was very much appreciated! All the chocolate flavors I tried were great, especially the dark chocolate ones! I got the chocolate peanut butter brownie because I love peanut butter cups and I'm glad I did. The peanut butter balanced out the sweetness from the chocolate perfectly, so goddamn delicious! I will say I did not enjoy the brownie bits as much. They were a little hard and too chewy. Just keep that in mind in case you want to get something with brownie bits in it. We ordered a single cup of cherry vanilla and a double scoop of coffee heath. The cherry vanilla was just average—essentially plain vanilla ice cream with three maraschino cherries on top. While the vanilla flavor was nice, there was no infusion of cherry flavor. My ice cream also arrived as soft serve, which was unexpected. The coffee heath was lackluster as well, with a rather weak flavor. For a total of $12, the portions we received were quite small. Overall, we were really disappointed.
Delicious ice cream with a fantastic selection of flavors to satisfy any craving for something creamy. The young staff are friendly and full of energy, which adds to the overall experience. You have the option to be served inside or outside, depending on your preference. My only complaint is that there’s no hook in the restroom to hang your bag. Otherwise, it's a great spot for an ice cream adventure. They even have a Frosty Paws truck for your furry friends!
Ordered a banana split. Expected the traditional banana split with all the bells and whistles (strawberry, choc, vanilla ice cream, banana, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, wet nuts, crushed pineapple, strawberry sauce this one didn’t come with much banana and no sauces. I have all positive feedback for this ice cream shop. Including so many flavor options, quick service, outdoor seating. It was overall a good experience. I will go back, but it is just a little bit of a drive just for ice cream. The coconut and non dairy chocolate were my favorite flavors in this trip. The portions were a good amount. Just a couple bites too much I would say. I recommend if you want good ice cream!
This place is always an excellent choice for ice cream! Last night, I tried the Graham Central Station in a cup, and it never fails to impress. The line was long (which is understandable due to the quality!), but the service was quick, so it moved along swiftly. I arrived around 8 or 9 PM, and there were plenty of people taking their orders to go, as well as some enjoying their ice cream outside!
Honestly, this is the best ice cream spot on the Main Line. The staff is incredibly friendly. I've visited for birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and even tough times. If I were to pass away tomorrow, you can bet that Handel's ice cream would be served at my memorial.
