Am 15. Juni zwischen 15 und 16 Uhr waren wir mit 14 Personen im Hans im Glück am Kennedyplatz und wurden sehr enttäuscht. Die Wartezeit war extrem lang und es gab keinerlei Kommunikation darüber. Als wir das Personal darauf hinwiesen, dass wir unzufrieden sind, reagierte der große, kräftig gebaute Kellner mit Bart extrem unfreundlich und persönlich angriffslustig, indem er behauptete, unser Service sei auch schlecht. Zudem war das Fleisch sehr trocken und die Mayonnaisen in den Flaschen waren wässrig. Absoluter Reinfall, wobei das Konzept Potenzial hat. Bitte nie wieder.

When my friend and I were at Hans in Glück in Münster for the first time, the super nice employee was very friendly and set us a bigger table. The burger like the service was convincing. When we came back a week later, the same service worker was there. He knew us all our order. 100 stars to Damjan.
Had a bread-less chicken burger with fries and wine. They have allergy menus on each table and as long as you go bread-less there are lots of options. They said the fryer is only for the fries. I did not get sick. But still ask all the questions as it was confusing at first.

Burger as usual at Hans im Glück very satisfactory. I liked it. Fries are delicious as always. Ambience is OF COURSE wonderful. Feel like I'm in a fairytale forest (seriously). Employees are nice and accommodating.
Everything was done: Friendly staff, quick service, delicious food. Especially the homemade lemonades did it to us. You also need to sit between trees.
We were back here and were not disappointed! Friendly service, super service, delicious food and a beautiful ambience. Have fun here!
