One of the worst meals in my life and won't be back at all and recommend you don't either. The sooner this place is gone the better and something else goes in its place. I would rate this lower if I could. Decor what decor it's basically shoved tables in a shop front. Birthday celebration soured by restaurant being overbooked and unable to accommodate resulting in long delays in food and substandard poor quality when it arrived. Insufficient entrees that had been rushed through the deep fryer. Vegetarian meals predominantly capsicum and onion - woeful! The dish that was supposed to be Phad Thai was a sogging noodle mess that resembled who knows what and couldn't tell what was in it. I could go on and on but overall I am so disappointed with the disgraceful service and uneatable meals that was grossly overpriced.I will be telling everyone to go to Wahroonga and St Ives where the overall experience, food, service and decor is far superior. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear!
While you will find all the cuisine's greatest hits here, there are dishes that are less frequently encountered too.The make your own dish option is a great way to combine your favourite ingredients and sauce.The beef green curry was a standout.The restaurant isn't licenced.We were next to the front window (which is opened in summer) and it was a bit draughty on the winter night we were there.The interior is simple and plain and the noise levels can get loud when there are a lot of diners.The restaurant closes at 10pm on Saturday nights, but Kipling's Garage next door is a great coffee and dessert venue.
