I am absolutely furious. I have been ordering from Happiness Chinese every week for six months and had arranged to change three dishes from the set menu due to dietary requirements. However, they sent me the original box without notifying me that the changes wouldn’t be made, which means I could have canceled my order. When I called to address the issue, I was met with rudeness from the delivery driver at my doorstep and then shouted at over the phone.
