Most of the time, they give you the wrong order. If you ask for a plain kolache, they might give you a jalapeño kolache instead, or if you request a jalapeño, you might end up with a regular one. When I asked for a sausage kolache, it was dried out, as if it had been sitting there for ages. These fast food restaurants are focused on making money, but they really need to take their time to ensure they provide what you actually order, not what they want you to have. I'm glad they asked me to take the survey, and I will not be giving them a good rating because I was not satisfied with my experience.
I regret to say that I do not recommend this place, especially for small business owners. I run a mobile coffee shop specializing in espresso drinks, and they contacted us to kick us out, despite their own broken instant cappuccino machine. They once struggled like many small businesses, so I thought having an espresso shop next door would benefit us both. Unfortunately, they proved to be quite selfish. I will never spend a dime there and strongly suggest finding a place that truly values its customers.
Well came in today and when I was ordering, the lady that was helping me turned around and started talking to her coworkers while I was telling her what I wanted. So I stood there for about 15 seconds for her to stop talking, and she didn't even apologize when she got back with me. That was really rude, I don't think I will be back here anymore.
today i went through drive thru had a wait ordered chocolate twist and another item got home to enjoy my purchase only to find mold on twist on corner end was very disappointed just tossed in trash and marked them off as not visiting again if not paying attention I would got sick very disappointed went from my favorite place to worse experience

Was one of the best donut places in the area for years but last time I got food I found a long hair, didn’t complain and just ate my food. I even have pictures. I got a kolache and found a human nail in it ?. Nasty I just threw everything else I bought don’t recommend getting food here to anyone
Fast and friendly service. Fresh and good. I like the kolaches because they don't have too much bread like most places. I'll be back.

The customer service is average. The food is more expensive than most donut shops in the area.
