This is the first Happy Lemon I’ve seen without a line out the door!It’s conveniently placed near the mall and in an up and coming shopping center. Finding parking was really easy and the wait to order and then receive our drinks was minimal.I went in a group of four. There are a lot of options on the menu, but the menu doesn’t seem to be very traditional and leans more on the creative and dessert like side. I ordered the milk tea with pudding/boba/lychee, my partner ordered the seasonal blended taro with mango boba, and my friend and their partner ordered the blended Oreo drink and traditional milk tea with boba. The drinks are all really sweet and there is a lot of room for customization,...
And let me tell you, the Bubble Waffle is AMAZING. It has a delightful aroma and flavor that remind me of a mix between fresh cake and pancakes, but lighter—no overwhelming sweetness. The texture is wonderfully fluffy yet stretchy, which makes it fun to tear off and dip into the delicious puff cream! I'm sorry I don’t have any photos, but I always end up devouring everything before I have a chance to take any!
This place has truly taught me what Boba Tea is supposed to taste like. The puff cream is absolutely addictive—definitely get three Oreo puff creams to go with your bubble waffle. I know it’s probably not healthy, but it’s just so good! The tapioca in the tea is delicious, and the real black tea really energizes me while also being such a treat. Just a heads up, it’s definitely not low in calories!
I ordered a half-and-half waffle, but they gave me an original one instead, despite the half-and-half sticker on it! I requested sea salt crema, but they put salted cheese on it instead. I really don't understand how they can be so careless. From now on, I will be recommending a different place to others. At least they won't be too busy chatting to get orders wrong. I arrived just a few minutes before closing to order bubble waffles for my kids, but I was told they couldn’t make them because they were about to close. If that’s the case, they should put up a sign at the entrance indicating when they stop serving bubble waffles before closing time. That way, customers can be informed and avoid disappointment.
Everything here is fantastic! It's definitely a go-to spot for me whenever I need a little pick-me-up. My kids adore the waffles, and my husband really enjoys the tiger sugar fresh milk. As for me, I love the Oreo milk tea with a cream puff, and my mom can't get enough of the trifle cake bubble tea!
This bubble tea place is located in a strip mall with lots of restaurants. We got a couple of classic milk tea with boba and real red beans. Very good quality tea. Happy overall. Good and quick service. We would like to return to try their bubble waffles. They looked delicious!
