I placed my order online for Howie's Pizza, but there was a mix-up with the delivery from Happy Pizza. When the delivery woman arrived, I tried to explain that we had ordered from Howie's, but she became rude and confrontational, yelling in front of my house that she wouldn't take responsibility for the food. I assured her that I would pay the $24 for the pizza, as it wasn't their mistake, but her attitude didn't improve. I ended up having to call management to explain the situation. I told them I would pay for the pizza and even tip her when she brought it back. Instead, a different person, a man, delivered the order. Soggy, Salty, and all around horrible pizza. Ordered 1 thin crust 3 topping and a regular 3 topping. The regular was supposed to have double sausage, but had the same amount as the other one. When I showed the guy behind the counter, he shrugged and said, that's double sausage. I started to argue, but thought better of it. Overall, a bad experience followed by bad food. Both pizzas were limp and flimsy, plus under cooked, but also burnt around the edges! Very hard to pull off....only the worst cooks can achieve that level of suck.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, especially from the young ladies Imani and Courtney, who were always smiling and welcoming. The chicken with grill sauce was outstanding, and the pizza with pepperoni was amazing as well! A big thank you to Cook Jeff for going above and beyond. I will definitely be back!
These ppl sent me the wrong food and then were rude to me as 8 asked for the correct food to be sent!! Absolutely refused to do anything to make it right and called me a liar! Would t refund or remake food!! I asked for the manager and she was the one that treated me this way!! I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!!!!!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I highly advise against eating there. The staff were incredibly rude, the pizza was cold and tasted terrible, and the cleanliness of the place was very poor. To make matters worse, there were no bathrooms available for customers.
I ordered a small pizza topped with banana peppers and Italian sausage, and it's always delicious. It's consistently ready in just ten minutes. I won't be going to any other pizza place; this one is my favorite.
