Happy's Water Ice Custard

We didn't realize Rita moved. We were very disappointed. Above all, they have changed everything so that you think it is Rita and it is not. If you own your own business and do not buy into a franchise, then build your own identity instead of on the coat tails of very successful franchise. The consistency of water ice was best sub par and the custard had an oversalted taste. No consistency in the way our articles were served. My husband and I got both gelatis and I usually had water ice cream with a huge Dollap chocolate cutard upstairs. My men had mango water ice cream on the ground with a tablespoon of Custard on his. Absolutely the best! Brought some quarters at home and the result from the family was unanimous, big water ice!!!! All flavors are excellent, but my personal favorites are mango and chocolate... You have to try them!!
