I just want to express how this restaurant went above and beyond for my birthday. The atmosphere, with views of the Boston harbor and the beautiful architecture and decor, created the perfect setting for a lovely sit-down dinner. The food was not only delicious and flavorful but also surprisingly typical for Boston in terms of pricing (though some drinks were a bit pricey). However, the standout feature was the service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they occasionally entertained us as well. When they learned it was my birthday dinner, they surprised me with a small cake topped with lit candles! The food at Harborside Grill and Patio is incredible. My date and I visited for the first time and were truly impressed by the outstanding staff and their exceptional customer service. The view of the harbor was breathtaking! This is the best restaurant in Boston for those who want to take in the city's skyline from the water while indulging in authentic New England cuisine. The dishes are cooked to perfection, and the service is top-notch!
I already love Harborside grill, but Mrs. Roberta made me fall in love with the place all over again. Her hospitality was amazing and she was so helpful with the situation I was experiencing. The morning crew treated me like family and made sure I ate just like my mom and fiancée do which warmed my heart. This is really a special place filled with special people. Any time I come to boston stopping here is a must and is nonnegotiable.
I dined at a restaurant for New Year's Eve as part of their fixed-price menu package. The staff was cheerful and engaging throughout the evening. The meal consisted of three courses. While the dishes weren't particularly unique or inventive, the quality of the food was quite commendable. Everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. This restaurant offers the best view in town, without a doubt! The menu is solid, though not overly extensive, and it pairs perfectly with a stunning sunset over the Boston skyline. Be sure to time your dinner reservation just right, as the restaurant is quite cozy. Parking costs five dollars, but you can have your ticket validated at the front desk. While it is connected to the Hyatt, it is open to everyone.
We dined here three times during our stay, and overall, the food was quite good, though the pizza was just average. The place tended to be busy, which meant we had to wait a bit, but the staff were lovely—very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the patio area with the fire pit tables; the view was stunning! You really can't beat it.
