This is the latest addition to the growing list of Indian restaurant in and around Sydney. I found this while walking around the scenic Barangaroo Reserve. It was an accidental discovery but I am glad that I ended up. Since my first visit , I have visited this place total of 4 times now. Positives: Excellent Service, Simple menu ( not too many options) and great food. BYO (Liquor store is next door) as it keeps your overall cost low , Cozy ambience. Negatives: No liquor /beer license yet. Some of the veg starters (specially Chilly Paneer) needs better preparation . Being vegetarian – I have tried almost all vegetable options (including the evergreen Daal). My favorite is Potato and Cauliflower dish though. Tried on three different visits and consistency is remarkable and worth mentioning . Summary –Go for it. You will not regret.
Dishonest. Went with a voucher that specifically mentioned fish curry. Then got told that vouchers did not include any seafood - so we could not have fish curry. We had food left over and the women serving would not give us take away containers. The food was good but I don't understand why the waitresses want to be so nasty.
