I have autism, I should have thought to ask to be seated away from the band as the noise level was to intense for me and I went into sensory overload. However in saying that, we booked to come in at and had just about finished our food by the time the band started, so I wasnât overwhelmed for too long. I will always come back to Hard Rock Cafe on Surfers Paradise because the staff are great, the food is great and the prices are amazing. I always have the Tasmanian salmon and Iâm never ever disappointed with it, itâs by go to meal at Hard Rock. Thank you for an amazing dining experience.
Food was good and the cocktails even better our! our waitress was lovely however we went for my husbands and I arranged to have them do the happy birthday song and me and my sister had gone to the toilet and they sang it to him so I missed it. It would have been nice if they waited for everyone to be at our table.
Outdoor area was nice with a light breeze and we could watch the Slingshot operating from our seats. The music was great, perhaps a couple more tv screens outside might be good. Staff were always available and service was fast and happy. Very enjoyable, and great atmosphere.
Not a great experience. The noise level from the band was ridiculously loud, we couldnât even talk to each other, let alone order our drinks. We left after our first round of drinks, as we felt that we were at a concert and not out for dinner which is a real shame.

Food was not great. Ordered the steak salad medium and got totally rare so sent back and came out again nearly the same so could not eat but no comp for it.
All the food we had was delicious with service absolutely outstanding. Would wholeheartedly recommend, however be careful you dont eat too much!
Good service, food was nice, wouldn't say it was outstanding but it was satisfying. Reasonably priced.
