I went through the drive through and ordered a steak biscuit and hash browns. They said the steak was cooking, pull forward and they would bring it out. For 12 minutes car after car after car drove up to the drive through and received their meal. Eventually my food was brought to me... and it wasn't hot, not even that warm. I believe they bagged it and placed it on the counter, and forgot about me. Or they were so busy that they decided: we'll let this one guy wait so we can clear out all the others in the drive through. I was very disappointed... especially since I had just worked a 12 hour 3rd shift in the emergency department at our local hospital.
I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and when I opened the container, I found the biscuit was fine, but there was only about a teaspoon of gravy on it. Typically, the biscuits come with a generous amount of gravy, so this was disappointing. It felt like a waste because if I just wanted a biscuit, I would have ordered one. I usually visit this Hardee's multiple times and have noticed that the portion sizes are decreasing compared to before. I used to enjoy getting biscuits and gravy from this place, but now I don't think I'll be returning.
Came here while driving through to Alabama, and I found this Hardee?s to be clean, well staffed with friendly people, and fast, accurate service. Will definitely make this a regular stop whenever we are heading south on Interstate 85. Strongly suggest stopping here for a quick bite, the chicken tenders are the BEST!
I believe there are some new staff members since the lady who used to run the place is no longer there. When I went to get my food, I realized that my fries were missing, so I went inside to ask for them. They acknowledged the mistake quickly, were very polite about it, and the food I had was delicious. Réservez une table maintenant
Hit and miss... I go here 3+ times a week... First question for the (owner/manager a YELLOW biscuit inside the biscuit?? No sausage in the gravy biscuits?? Long lines always.. The Only thing that was good (2? is the lady working the drive thruapologizing for the long wait times and being nice as can be.
