The Angus thickburger with bacon and cheese was fantastic and made just the way I liked it. The curly fries were on par with Arby's, and even though there was no option to dine-in, I was able to enjoy my meal in the car. It was dinner time and only the drive-thru was open, similar to McDonald's. Despite a slight delay due to a small staff of three handling orders, cooking, and cashier duties, everyone was friendly. My order was correct, and I received napkins and ketchup packets since I wasn't at home. Additionally, I received a 10% military veteran discount without any issues. The Angus Dickburger with bacon and cheese was excellent and cooked to order and the curly pommes were competitive with Arby's. There was no diving option, so I had to eat in my car. It was dinner and only the drive thru was available as McDonald's. I counted only 3 people to take orders, cook the food and cashier so there was a short delay for a fast food restaurant. The staff were all friendly.. the order was correct..I got napkins and ketchup packages as I wasn't home..and a 10% military veteran discount was deducted without complaint. A food would have been nicer, but I will not judge Hardee's for Covid 19 protocol and a lack of available fast food workers.

The absolute worst. 90% of the time they aren't even open in the morning.. someone didn't show, computers are down, grill not hot, excuses. Sandwiches not cooked thoroughly if cooked at all.. gravy either super runny or no sausage.. Even caught a young man that never gives me silverware, smoking a BONG in his car. u call and talk to management they are rude and disrespectful. A friend of mine said that an employee straight asked her in the drive thru if SHE smoked weed. Who does that? This store just need shut down or get new employees. The worst store ever.

Best fast food in South Sioux City NE. They really appreciate their customers. Kelli is AWESOME! ALWAYS finds a way to put a smile on my face!! Horrible service! I ordered a regular roast beef and a small curly fry... I didn't get my curly fry, I got a really really small regular fry! Plus I didn't have 8 cents and they were rude about it! They have lost my business, I'll eat elsewhere from now on!

went thru the laufwerk thru on a Friday at 1:30 o'clock, even within the temporary hours they have, sat on the order screen nobody ever answered. I wanted to open all the lights, but no one in what I could see. what a waste of time.

it's been a long time since I stopped at a hardee. I guess it'll be longer until I stop. the old lady who helped us in the drive-thru was nice. I wasn't impressed by eating. I suppose it was okay for quick food?
