Harry's Savoy Grill

It's one of our favorite restaurants. Awesome food, service, and atmosphere. My wife had a filet mignon, and I had crab cakes. We shared mashed potatoes, garlic spinach, and the awesome Brussel sprouts. Dessert; Tiramisu Our service was spot on as usual. the food was sooo delicious!! yet.. the customer service was terrible. as a customer, i should not feel as though me asking a simple question is a crime. so many mix ups and attitudes from the waiter, made the experience unfun. don’t let me get started on the sink water they provide and racist regulars they provide. the nerve to then want a tip after that terrible experience? please. 2/10 will not dine again ! Ordered a lobster roll and mushroom risotto. The lobster roll was delicious but the risotto was watery and kinda bland. I expected better for the high price.
