Hartford Coffee Company

This is my second bad experience with Hartford coffee. I ordered a breakfast dish and no potatoes were in it (as described in the menu). The proportion was also about 1/3 of the size it is normally. To complete everything, it said my order would be ready at 10:05. I wasn't there by 10:25 with my order. I understand that it was busy, but from my ordering period this is an hour waiting for the ordering period. I called and she said the manager would refund it, but I don't keep my breath. You need to find out how to make things more logistically smooth, especially with online orders. I will probably not go back, which is sad because it is so close to my house and usually has quite good food.

Odd experience. I ordered online for pickup. My food won't be ready for 45 minutes, but they told me my coffee is ready. I enter the place (from home by foot) and I don't see my coffee on the pick-up shelf. They had it behind the counter, so I had to wait to discover it. Usually things go much smoother. Usually I would expect drinks to come with the food for pick-up orders. If I weren't a few houses away, I'd be upset because my coffee was too cold when the food was ready. My mocha was excellent. Still plan to visit this place.

Casual Coffee Shop with a variety of foods to choose from the menu. I had the salmon bag with one side tomato soup. My friends got the Hartford Gyro and cookies and Gravy and both loved their food too. The part is large enough and it is good expensive. The café is located south of Tower Grove Park, so you can visit it when visiting the park.

Beautiful neighborhood coffee shop where the coffee was OK, but was really excited about the food. Will definitely return and try their rubies

Definitely check the Gooey Butter Cake and get your an Iced Matcha Latte and then you?re happy.
