When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk, but eventually someone came and escorted us to our table. I mentioned that we had requested to be seated near the restroom due to one person being in a wheelchair. The staff member said that the original table was too far from the restroom and kindly offered us a closer one instead.
The location and service at this restaurant were excellent. However, we were a bit disappointed with the food. We mentioned our concerns to the staff. The steak, priced at 19 pounds, was well-cooked but had a tough, gristly texture, making it hard to find a lean piece. Additionally, the chips were served cold.
we are going here quite often and always devastating. Today the huh and the ribs were dry, one of the children's meals came about 10 minutes after the others. the waiter always asked if we wanted to order the dessert that my big son still ate his main thing as it came out late. no pleasant meal at all.
