I wanted to go here, but after the service I have today, I'm not back. I order online so I should not wait, I went into the drive thru and they said to pull up to point 1, so I did not wait for everyone in the drive thru, I did and waited 35min and no one came with my food. So I went in and asked where my order was, the cash rolled her eyes on me, be brief servants and it is not done yet. I had to stand there and wait 10 minutes. she threw my cup on the pop machine and said: here is your cup! We're so disappointed that we've decided to give up on this place. We've made several attempts over the past few years, but the experience keeps declining. The staff seems disinterested; they move at a sluggish pace, and there’s barely a smile to be seen. Having spent over 20 years in the food industry myself, I understand how simple it is to show kindness and to maintain a sense of urgency, particularly in a fast-food setting. I truly hope the management considers a complete overhaul of their staff because the work ethic here is lacking.
wow! I picked up an online order on Sunday, October 16th. When I hated, it turned out that they were closed early at 16 o'clock! So I thought the appeal would not go through because they still showed up on my credit card. but I was wrong! I have charged the full order today, although they were closed and I could not get my order! ridiculous! and because there is no possibility to contact by phone, I have to call my credit card company to deny it. so annoying!
Today I was feeling like to go on a cruise with my family, and I ended up in Kentville. This was the place which we all decided to head to. With no regrets, we went inside. The amazing smell you get as you enter is indescribable. The kindness of the employees is way beyond expectations at a Fast Food restaurant. The freshness and the quality of food is also greatly appreciated. I will 100% come back here the next time I come by Kentville.
I visited my local Harvey’s last week and ordered a burger. Unfortunately, I found it to be too thick, making it difficult to eat, especially for someone with dentures. I do want to acknowledge the friendly staff; there was a young lady with glasses who took my order back and happily provided me with a new one. I believe this location should pay more attention to their orders. DO BETTER, HARVEY’S!
The tables were all dirty, and I had to request the staff to clean them. The fries were overcooked and dry, and the burgers were simply awful. The chicken nuggets were so dry that my two big kids found them impossible to chew. Even the soda was warm and flat, with no ice in the machine. This was my first and last visit to this place—I'll never come back again!
The restaurant is located on the Harveys side. I found the burgers to be finished too quickly, which left me waiting quite a while for the shaky onion rings and poutines. The staff could use better direction as my order seemed to be neglected. It was frustrating to watch my burger sit there and get cold while waiting for the other items to arrive.
The service was extremely slow; I waited around 20 minutes for two burger combos. The restaurant was also unclean, and the staff made several mistakes with other customers' orders while we waited. Overall, it felt like the place was quite understaffed. I wouldn't recommend it.
