There's not much more to add that hasn't already been mentioned. For just $20, you can get a greasy bag of fast food at the drive-thru, or you can sit down and savor a beautifully crafted meal that will leave you wanting to try more dishes—though you probably won't have room! The menu is fantastic, the prices are great, and while parking and seating are somewhat limited, there are plenty of weekly specials. You truly can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

Flawless. You can go to a lot of cities and you won't likely find many if any places like the Noodle Guy. Stands up to the needs and wants of a relentless foodie and yet is as unpretentious and joyful about what they do as I ever remember seeing a place be. They also have take away items if you're driving through on a hunt for the deliciousness of the Annapolis Valley. Hooray Noodle Guy!

This restaurant has completely spoiled me for other pasta places. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and they serve local beers and wines along with delicious, hearty food. It's a fantastic spot to visit during both summer and winter. While I enjoy everything on the menu, I usually go for the spicy shells, which are delightfully zesty. The staff is always friendly and efficient.

Everyone we talked to said to try The Noodle Guy!! And I can see why!! The food is amazing! Homemade pastas with lovely sauces. Delicious Nova Scotian wines and decadent local desserts. The owner is delightful knowledgeable in wines, pastas and the region. A great stop before wine and cheese tasting.

I ordered the Tagliatelle with tomatoes, basil, green onions, and garlic, and we added sausage and feta. It was a delicious and hearty dish. The noodles were made in-house, and the flavors were fantastic—not overpoweringly garlicky, just very tasty. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Love that you can get piccolo sized pastas so you can try a bunch. Reminds me of Il Corvo, back in Seattle (with more generous hours) and just a little less frenzied. It 's the kind of place where you bite into your pasta, briefly close your eyes and smile. Yes, that good.

Was very tasty when there with my uncle while visiting the valley I had the shells with local sausage. My uncle got his usual favorite Tagliatelle with feta. I'll be back again next time u visit Nova Scotia .

If they were going to fry me in the Electric chair tomorrow the Noodle Guy Ravioli would be my last meal. This food just makes you happy. I wish I could give more stars.
