Harvey's - Réserver une table

I went through the drive through and I immediately noticed that a couple items were missing. I parked and went in the store looking for my food. Even though it had been less than a minute and I could recite my entire meal, they insisted that I show the receipt. So I had to go back to my car, dump the bag upside down to find the receipt at the bottom of the bag. As soon as I walked back in, they announced they had found my food. When I looked in the new bag, I found one item was still missing. When I asked for it, I was treated like I was pulling a scam, even though they realized they had already screwed up once. No 'sorry ' or any other apology, they just put it in a bag with a 'here you go...

This location is horrendous. They truly don’t care about the quality of the product they are serving their customers. I have been served disgusting, inedible food items from this location more than once and it’s definitely my fault for trying to give them another chance. Third times the charm ordered a large onion ring as I prefer theirs to A&W’s but holy cow they served me another stone cold, charred, burnt, disgusting mess that tasted of dirty fryer oil. The trash ate more than I could. Will never be back and they should seriously shut this location down. absolutely zero efforts to be consistent with the brands goal to serve “quality” food.

Stopped in for a quick burger and fries. Staff was friendly, however someone needs to empty the garbages more often, they were overflowing.Vegetarian options: Nice to have options, but shrinkflation has hit here too. A lot smaller than I remember.

It was a refreshing change to visit a fast food restaurant that I can honestly give a 5 star review on. I got excellent service, my order was fresh and as I requested and the restaurant was clean! Well done!

Have been stopping in for years especially for the poutine deep fried pickles. Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait but service is always great 10% off with your CAA membership card.

Jake Q was very welcoming and didn’t wait a second to take my order. The young ginger gentlemen on grill cooked my burger perfectly. Overall great experience.

Wrong toppings. Ordered 2 original one had the toppings but didn’t put extra on, the other only had mayo on it. Also pretty cold.
